Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Brain (“the Service”), an invite-only beta operated by [Operator legal name / business registration]. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. They form a binding agreement under the Contracts Act 1950 of Malaysia.
1. The beta service
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. During the beta it may change, be interrupted, or lose data without notice.
2. Access & your account
Access is by invite only. Keep your invite code and password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to store unlawful content, to access other users’ partitions, to disrupt the Service, or in breach of Malaysian law (including the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998). We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the memories you and your connected clients store. You are responsible for your content and for sharing it only via grants you create. Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy (PDPA 2010).
5. Availability & termination
There is no uptime guarantee during the beta. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. You may stop using it and request deletion of your account and data at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from use of this beta Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including any non-excludable rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where it applies.
7. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
8. Changes
These Terms may change as the beta evolves; material changes are reflected by the effective date above.
